Learning Lab: Healthy Church Governance (In Person & Online)

Our first Learning Lab of the year will be hosted by Pastor David Weir at Victory Church in Pell City, Alabama. Pastor Jimmy Witcher will guide senior pastors and elders through a powerful one-day seminar focused on TFAC’s Theocratic Church Governance model.

Attendees will learn how biblical governance creates clarity, protects unity, and empowers their church to flourish. This day is designed to give pastors practical tools they can immediately apply to strengthen leadership structures and navigate decision-making with confidence.

Online Learning Lab: Developing a Church AI Policy

November 17 | 2:00pm CT | Live on Zoom

Free Event | Open to Pastors & Staff

TFAC invites you to a special Online Learning Lab with Pastor Jimmy Witcher on a question every church will soon need to answer: how will we use artificial intelligence in ministry, and where will we draw the line?

A recent Barna study found that 87% of pastors already use AI in some way, and 94% believe their church should have a formal policy or informal guidelines. Yet only 4% of churches have a formal policy, and 79% have no guidance at all.

In this live, interactive session, Pastor Jimmy will help leaders think through how to develop an AI policy that fits their church—what to allow, what to avoid, and how to communicate those decisions with their team and congregation with clarity and transparency.

This will be a live Zoom learning environment with dedicated teaching and time for Q&A. We encourage you to read the Barna report ahead of time: Pastors Say Churches Need AI Guidelines. Few Have Them.
